EPCC is seeking to appoint a senior systems specialist to work as part of a team designing, implementing and maintaining EPCC’s high performance computing and cloud infrastructures. You will be an experienced, hands-on professional who can provide a leadership role to other system administrators in the team. You will demonstrate the knowledge and will stay on top of the latest HPC technologies, interact with the vendors and take overall responsibility for the successful implementation of cutting edge research systems. EPCC operates in a very fast-moving, highly technological field and the job-holder has significant responsibility for maintaining our technical leadership.
