The HPC-SIG holds regular in-person, hybrid or online only community meetings. These events feature a range of technical and strategic presentations and discussions, with community and industry highlights and provide an opportunity to network with the HPC community members from across UK Higher Education Institutes.
Meetings reports from previous events can be found at Meeting Reports
Upcoming meetings can be found in the calendar. We also have a list of future meetings that have not yet been finalised.
HPC-SIG events are for members and are generally free to attend. All current or potential providers of University HPC services are welcome to join the HPC-SIG and attend meetings. Similarly, the HPC-SIG welcomes membership from non-academic providers and users of HPC facilities as Affiliate members
HPC hardware and software vendors are not permitted to be members of the SIG though they may be invited to participate in meetings for specific purposes, such as giving product presentations. Such invitations will be at the discretion of the HPC-SIG members, and will only be sent following discussion between the members.
