| Purpose | Programme to enhance the professional (soft) skills of DRI professionals. Widening the demographic of individuals able to undertake a career within the DRI (e.g. from non-science or enterprise-IT backgrounds). Aimed to be accessible to all roles supporting the DRI – building on core common attributes. Facilitating knowledge exchange of experts within the community and supporting growth towards leadership within the DRI. |
