Today’s Activities

Today I will do more orientation and dipping in and out of various things and then Mentor Protege Mixer (3:30-4:30), First Time at Super Computing (4:30-5:15), When Technology Kills plenary (5:30-6:30), Exhibit Floor opening (6:45-7:00), Student Cluster Kick Off (7:30-8:00) and will dip into the Gala Opening Reception (7:00-9:00).

First Impressions

The first main day of Super Computing. I have registered, had a pre-meeting with my protege, a prospective PhD student, got on the network and downloaded the data for the app, and taken in the sheer scale of the place.
